As coach I bring a wealth of experience and fresh eyes to support my clients in achieving their next level of success. I have a strong track record of coaching senior executives to deliver outstanding results. Experience
After graduating from Cambridge University Ron worked with a coach to launch one of London’s first major exhibitions of holography at the London Science Museum. The exhibition attracted 250,000 people and was featured on UK’s Channel Four News.
Ron was inspired by what is possible through coaching. He went on to train as a coach with Sibson Alexander, described at the time by the Economist Intelligence Unit as ‘market leaders in coaching’.
Since then Ron has delivered a series of major coaching projects. These include a major post merger integration project with the top 500 leaders of a pharmaceutical company in Sweden, the US and UK; coaching skills training for top 120 executives at a high street retailer plus cascading coaching throughout the company; and facilitating the launch of a massive cross channel Engineering
project.
Having emigrated a few years ago from the UK to set up the South Africa office of Praesta, Ron now coaches CEOs, directors and their teams – the leaders of today – and tomorrow.

Ron is an expert panellist for the Standards Committee of the World Association of Business Coaches. He is also a tutor on the South African College of Applied Psychology Graduate Certificate in coaching and on a Post Graduate certificate programme in coaching accredited with Chester University.
His publications include ‘Authentic Consulting’ for Management Consultant magazine and Contributed to ‘Business Coaching’ - Praesta’s latest book.
