Experience
Over the past 6 years, Nicky has gained over 2500 hours of coaching and facilitation experience. Her coaching focuses on executives, senior management, managers-as-coaches and leaders at all levels.
At Nedbank, Nicky has been involved in the following projects and processes from 2004 to current:
Company-wide Management Development Programme (MDP) ; facilitation of role orientation workshops for Managers of Self, Managers of Others and Managers of Managers. The programme builds leadership capacity according to the leadership pipeline model.
Coaching for MDP including : Coaching of Executive and MANCO, Train-the-Trainer, Advanced Coaching Forums, conflict resolution and Personal Mastery.
