Experience

Mongezi has over 13 years corporate experience, most of it in the financial services sector – the last 6 years in Human Capital Management, culminating as Head of Talent Management and Development for the Absa Group. This gives him an in depth insight into business systems and enables him to coach powerfully in areas of career and leadership. Mongezi has also worked with entrepreneur development agencies as a business mentor and advisor

Mongezi’s current focus is on implementing change management solutions through individual change and learning.  He believes that coaching is about authentic conversations that move individuals towards personal excellence

Mongezi is passionate about making a difference to both individuals and their organisations and has written on this theme, for example, in his recent article entitled: “Measuring the effectiveness of coaching – A learning paradigm”, for the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychologists of South Africa”.
