Experience
Francois Steyn has 18 years experience in the banking industry. This included systems and process integration training for around 25000 people when Absa was created from the merger of 4 banks.
Francois was Absa’s Head of Organisation Development from 1999 until 2008.
He implemented a group-wide leadership and culture transformation initiative introducing cutting edge ideas on leadership development.
Prior to Absa, Francois worked at Trust Bank and Volkskas Bank as Head of Management & Leadership Development.
