Christa, a registered Industrial Psychologist, has been involved in change and transformation for over fifteen years, and is a specialist in this field.
Christa has been a key player in one of the most significant transformation in the South African financial industry through her involvement in the Absa/Barclays merger.
Christa is passionate about supporting leaders to become more comfortable with ambiguity and to navigate through an increasingly complex world. She facilitates sustainable behavioural change by enabling executives to become more aware of the thinking patterns underlying their behaviours.
Once there is awareness new choices can be made and change becomes possible.
In our rapidly changing world leaders need to make rapid decisions based on incomplete, fast changing and often ambiguous information. Christa’s coaching enables leaders to thrive in this context by leveraging the many diverseviewpoints around the boardroom table.
